High precision self-cleaning filter is a kind of precision equipment which uses stainless steel sintering net and stainless steel sintering felt to directly intercept impurities in the fluid, remove fluid suspended solids and particles, reduce turbidity, purify medium, reduce system dirt, bacteria and algae, rust, etc., so as to purify medium and protect normal operation of other equipment in the system. The fluid enters the high-precision self-cleaning filter body from the inlet. Due to the intelligent (PLC, PAC) design, the system can automatically identify the degree of impurity deposition and send the signal to the blowdown valve for automatic blowdown. It overcomes many shortcomings of traditional filtering products, such as small pollution capacity, easy to be blocked by dirt, and the filter part needs to be disassembled and cleaned, and can not monitor the state of the filter. It has the function of filtering the original medium and automatically cleaning and discharging the filter element.
