The second stage (i.e. unstable stage): as the pores of the filter material become more and more narrow or even gradually blocked, the pollution particles accumulate continuously on the surface of the filter material to form a filter cake and form a new filter layer. This process is the main working condition of the filter material. In this state, the system pollution particles are subject to the dual filtration of filter cake and filter material at the same time, At this time, the resistance of the filter material is rising, and the filtration effect is in an unstable state, and its filtration efficiency is much higher than that of the filter cake on the surface of the filter material.
