Generally, the greater the thickness, the worse the permeability of the material layer. But some special industries need to increase the thickness of sintered felt in order to ensure the strength of sintered felt. This is a headache for engineers. How to ensure air permeability while increasing the thickness? Through the test of engineers, it is found that the air permeability of the material layer can be increased by improving the exhaust system or mixing and distributing equipment, and optimizing the mixing and distribution process parameters. Due to the high cost of retrofitting the exhaust system, the following methods are generally used to improve the air permeability in daily production.

2、 It can be improved by changing the loophole device of the mixer, adding a vibration device under the loophole, and vibrating the mixer at intervals. However, it is not recommended to use water washing to deal with the funnel blockage, which can not solve the problem of material blockage and increase the equipment burden.

3. Change the water adding method of the mixer, change the original water spraying mode into atomization mode, and add water pipes at the same time, and determine the position of each row of water adding pipes in the drum according to the water adding curve
